Beer Snob Mistaken For A Beerist

This is a story of a girl who goes to buy some obscure beers for her boyfriend only to catch an attitude from her cashier. The cashier assumed the beer must be a gift because afterall, 'girls don't drink beer'. The offended girl hence coins the term beerist to describe this beer-elitist who assumed that girls don't enjoy a good brew from time to time.
Now we're offended; not all beerists are elitists. Take us for instance… Alvin and I welcome any beer drinker, whether male/female, short/tall, gay/straight, black/white or any other color or label you can think of. Hell you don't even have to be human to drink with us… we're equal opportunity beer enthusiasts. So Ms. Pink Shoe, your next beer is on us… or at least me, I can't speak for Alvin.

A tiny microbrewery in Greenland is tapping the water from the melting ice caps to produce uber-pure water from which to brew their beer. They produce a dark and pale ale just 400 miles south of the arctic circle. The beer is currently being bottled and shipped to Copenhagen, Denmark. There is interest to market the beer in Germany and the U.S. and the brewers say it may be 6 months before it's begins shipment to Germany.
